Ashley: I’ve been a heavy smoker for 17 years and never thought I’d be able to quit and from the moment I met jared and entered the chat I’ve never looked back or picked up again I’m now 1 month and 18 days today!
Andrea: I never thought a few months ago it was even possible to quit smoking. I would wake up in the middle of the night and look forward to hitting my pen to even be able to stay asleep. It was to the point I relied on it to keep me awake during the day and couldn’t handle my anxiety after a while. I needed to hit it at least 1 a hour. Now that I don’t do it I feel way more motivated to get through the day and not need a nap before every task. I am able to make it through the whole work day without feeling sick too!! I can use my healthy coping skills finally and feel a lot better without it. I am so glad I took this journey. It wasn’t easy at first but now I am SOO HAPPY I am not smoking any longer!! My family says they notice me being more present in conversations and I’m able to live life normally again!!
Beth: after smoking everyday; all day for 13 years i reached a point we’re in didn’t feel as if it was serving me anymore. i’ve been going strong with my sobriety journey. it’s been hard but having other people in the same situation as i am helps me to feel like i’m not alone in my journey. i’m also so grateful for the community you’ve created of such positive and supportive people. i’m so happy to be a part of this amazing group. returning to my written intention (step2) whenever i’m having a weak moment. i keep a copy in my notes app, in my room and in my car. i’m much more motivated; with work, personal life and working out. I don’t binge eat at night anymore since i’ve stopped smoking. im able to relax without “needing” to smoke. i’m finally having dreams again!
Clara: when i first reached out to you i was so lost and thought i would never be able to quit. i felt as though i was living in a fish bowl like nothing in life was real or worth it. i also struggled so badly with anxiety and motivation to want to do just about anything. with your help through the program i was able to feel less alone and know that everything that i was experiencing from quitting was 100% normal. and to hear all about others experiences gave me the motivation to want to do it, i found it extremely helpful this one piece of advice you had given which was to write my intention down and always look at it when i was feeling like i couldn’t stay on track. i also found that filling those times where i would smoke with other things like the gym, listening to music, or coloring, cleaning even. also the app grounded helped me so much just watching my progress through a little tree growing as silly as that sounds it made me want to keep going to see how big it would grow, almost like i was that tree growing my new life. thank you so much for all you do! you really have a great thing going!
Lisa: “I found HTGO in a moment I needed some guidance, and no one around me could give it to me. It helped me a lot especially in the beginning of my journey. If you’re wanting to get out but don’t know where to start or you need a plan this is a good way to go
Eugene: Jared’s content on TikTok had an undeniable draw at a moment when I knew it was time for a change in my life. I reached out to him expressing this and we got straight to work, with him being very attentive from minute 1. His framework gave me the confidence and belief to make the lifestyle change I knew deep down I needed to make, and empowered me to continually hold strong since then. Freedom from my own mental limits is what I got from working with him, and this is something ANYONE can get from working with him.
Helen: Jared has helped me find new ways to cope with my sobriety. It’s great to have support in the days that are the hardest. Knowing there’s someone there who gets it and can give reminders of how to stay grounded is priceless. I’ve wanted to quit “gardening” for a long time and it’s one of the hardest things I’ve done so I’m very grateful for the support he offers. He’s helped me be able to start a new chapter in my life. One with a new found clarity that I’ve needed for a long time.
Sharon: The day I came across Jareds page on tiktok changed my life honestly… I’m a 29 year old female who has smoked every single day since I was 18. I was introduced to smoking a few years before that. The hold that marijuana had on my life was suffocating me but I couldn’t let it go. So one day I’m scrolling on tiktok and I found Jared talking about the exact things I was struggling with in that same moment. He was the only person I had ever came across that not only was he talking about his experiences and how he was overcoming them but he was offering to help others. He cultivated the most kind and understanding group of woman all going through similar struggles and created a very supportive and comfortable environment that make me feel like I wasn’t doing this alone when I decided I was going to quite for good. And that was a HUGE deal for my success. I just didn’t want to be alone. Jared offered support and tools to help overcome the anxiety I felt first starting out and he would check in individually and opened the door for one on one dialogue that allowed me to really express my feelings and he always had helpful and caring responses that helped me through the first hurdle of that first week quiting.. I just needed to get through that first week and I hit the ground running using our group to keep me motivated when I felt like throwing in the towel or had no motivation to stick it out. My life today literally looks completely different all because of the decision I made to reach out to Jared and join his support group. I feel like myself again & I found the old me again after 10+ years of not even acknowledging her. Just making one small decision changed me and my life for the better and I am forever grateful to Jared and his teamFor their compassion and commitment to helping us see this through I would not have made it to this point without them.
Suzie: I’ve been smoking for the past 5 years now, mainly carts and some bud here and there. I kid you not i couldn’t live without it, until i realized that i was living in a blur. I quit January 13th and it was the best decision i’ve made so far in my entire life! From day 1-6 it wasn’t easy, lots of cravings, stomach pains and all i wanted to do is get back into my habit but i wanted to keep going, i knew i was capable so i just kept going. With a support group and seeing that i wasn’t the only one going though this process and pains made me feel 10x better! Having a support group or and someone that has been through that journey helping me definitely made it a lot better, i don’t think i could’ve done it without them! Step 2 really helped me the first week to stay strong and that was writting an intention on why i was quitting. It worked amazing! Everytime i had a craving i’d just think about my intention and how better i would feel after this first week! After this first week i felt like a brand new person, no more blur, i felt amazing. This was so far the best decision i’ve made. Now on day 48 i couldn’t feel better! A huge thank you to the HTGO support group and Jared for helping me get thru this journey!
trent: Jared has been a great mentor and companion in my journey to sobriety. I started posting about quitting smoking on Tik Tok, and Jared was the first person to message me offering help & advice. Some of the key things I’ve taken from his teachings is having a morning routine, staying away from the phone at night time, and keeping a journal with your intentions. One thing I resonated with was him describing meeting his younger self again when he became sober. Jared has created a community of people through an Instagram group chat where we share our experiences, triumphs, and struggles that has really helped me as well. If you are looking to quit smoking weed, I highly recommend Jared as a mentor!
